How To Live A Drama Free Life- Add Something Positive To Your Life

This week we have been discussing  How To Live A Drama Free Life.  I told you how to Find The Source, Planning and Implementing, and now Add Something Positive To Your Life.  After you have gone through all the steps it is time to make your life full of positives instead of full of drama.

Life can be crazy but you don't have to give in to the craziness.  When you have the negative sources you have to get rid of them. If you don't you will live a crazy cycle of drama. That can be bleak. Adding something positive to your life could be as simple as to taking a walk each evening after dinner. One of my favorite things to do is write.  Writing helped me start this blog.  There is proof you can do something simple and be positive at the same time.  Taking yourself out of the loop could be positive.  You know like making sure you spend some time with yourself to unwind.

When you take time to add something positive to your life it makes you want to add more positive things.  Until your life is filled with happiness.  One of the keys to happiness and a positive life is surrounding yourself with positive people.  Positive people can help you. They can also encourage you to rid your life of drama.

It is all about living a drama free life and moving toward a happy life.  Life can be happy you just have to put forth some effort.

If you missed out on the any of the post in the How To Live To Drama Free Life.  Check out the whole series below:

Hello :) I totally agree that thinking positive can have a big and positive effect on your life. Unfortunately I've also found out that it doesn't change how others around you react.

Thanks for sharing with my NO RULES Weekend Blog Party :)
